Photography and Data Processing
Digital originals are processed in high resolution using specialized software and printed in reverse onto a light-sensitive coating
Stretching the Screen
The screen mesh is stretched tightly and evenly on a sturdy frame to ensure sharp, consistent printing.
Automated Screen Coating
A light-sensitive photo emulsion is applied to the screen mechanically and dried.
Computer-to-Screen (CTS) Exposure
The emulsion-coated screen is exposed using a CTS machine, which uses UV light to harden the emulsion in the non-image areas.
Quality Control and Refinement
Each print is carefully inspected for color accuracy, precise image registration, print quality, and accurate representation of artists' expressed vision.
Accurate Color Matching
Printing inks are custom mixed to match the exact color values of the design.
Exact Registered printing
The ink is pressed through the screen onto the material. We print formats up to 4 x 2 meters using a variety of machines.
Preparation of the Substrate
The substrate, or surface to be printed, can be paper, fabric, glass, plastic, aluminum, canvas, etc. Some substrates require special treatment to ensure optimal ink adhesion and longevity.
